About Me

A trusted and experienced Ayurveda Doctor in the UK

I am an Ayurvedic physician, and a clinical researcher based in the UK. I have completed my 5.5 years of Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from Delhi, India. Thereafter, did a Master of Research in Clinical Science from the UK. I am committed to take Ayurvedic practice and research hand in hand.

I have clinical experience of both Ayurvedic and conventional medicine. I believe Ayurveda is the best way for me to support those who seek help.

My Journey Towards Ayurveda:

I was 14 when I first encountered migraine and within a year an all-rounder was left with no zeal or energy to do anything at all. Neither could I perform academically nor in extra curriculars. Nonetheless I was either medically gaslighted or being told that from now on, this is how your life might look like. I directed my attention to natural medicine and lifestyle changes and everything changed. While I had to choose my medical school, I took a leap of faith with Ayurveda and have never looked back.

At present along with being an Ayurvedic physician I am a research committee member in the UK working towards gathering scientific research on Ayurveda.
